Delivery and Returns
For the majority of our orders we use Royal Mail services, either 1st Class or Special Delivery. The service used and price of delivery depends on the weight and value of the final order.
For all orders with a value of less than £50, we will use 1st Class post. Orders with a value above £50 but a weight of less than 2KG will be sent out using the Special Delivery service with a 1PM delivery.

The above Special Delivery prices are based on orders with a value of less than £750. For orders with a value from £750 up to £1000 another £1.00 will be added to the post and for any orders over £1000 another £2.00 will be added.
For any orders that weigh over 2KG we will use the Parcel Force Worldwide couriers. Parcel Force offer a variety of services with different delivery time options which are available for select prices, however we use Express 17:30 as standard.

For international orders we will use Royal Mail International services for any parcels less than 2KG. Anything weighing over 2KG will be despatched using FedEx/TNT. Prices will be determined when the orders are packed and ready to be despatched, based on the destination country, weight of the goods and the service used.
Actual carriage costs will differ from the one estimated when placing the order and will be based on the above information when invoiced.
Any orders that are incorrect when received by the customer will have 10 working days to be returned to us. If the order is incorrect because of our mistake we will credit the postage but if the customer has ordered incorrectly then we are not liable for the postage and the customer will have to pay the postage for the correct item to be sent out.
